I led programs to drive awareness and adoption of Apple's developer growth tools, technology, and best practices by managing relationships with key strategic partners, hosting large group developer workshops and creating marketing collateral for new feature launches
I successfully pitched for investment and supported the product team to design and build App Store custom product pages which was (announced at WWDC 2021)
I was selected as an App Store Lab consultant at Apple's WWDC 2018, 2019 and 2020 to advise developers on business and marketing best practices

I developed and executed a global strategy for growing app downloads from Expedia's owned marketing channels. I led a cross-functional team of product managers and designers to launch campaigns on the Expedia.com website, email and social media channels. As a result, we achieved 107% YoY app install growth in 2017, beating our target by 52%.
I also led a team of engineers and a UX designer to win the Expedia Hackathon by building an in-app refer-a-friend program to increase app installs.

I led Expedia's global organic app acquisition, building an ASO (app store optimization) program from the ground up. I built and led a team to test and optimize Expedia's global App Store and Google Play Store presence. Using techniques such as keyword optimization and product page A/B testing, I increased app store click-to-install rates by 10%.
I also spearheaded an intra-brand ‘coalition’ where Brand Expedia and its sister brands, Travelocity, Orbitz and Hotels.com, shared results and transferred learnings to further grow the Expedia Inc. business.

I managed Expedia's social media marketing and customer service, leading six social media agencies to create and manage marketing content and customer service processes. We launched an award-winning Twitter campaign which generated a 40% increase in followers and increased Expedia app installs by 25%. Campaign video can be found here.
Partnering with the PR team we set a new Guinness World Record for the highest speed-dating event on an aircraft. The campaign generated national press coverage and millions of impressions. Campaign report video can be found here.

While at university and after I graduated, I worked as a PR intern for three PR agencies. Golin, Freuds and Trinity PR. I worked with a wide range of clients, from FMCG brands such as Persil, Toblerone and Asda, to health care charities such as Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY).
